Institution Solutions & GRMA Re Announce Partnership

Texas based Institution Solutions LLC and Maine based Group Risk Management Associates enter into a Partnership to provide Group Insurers Expanded Portfolio of Risk and Administration Solutions.

Portland, ME, February  15, 2010:  Newly organized Group Risk Management Associates, GRMA Re, has formed a joint partnership with Institution Solutions (ISI), a U.S. leader in group insurance programs to financial institutions and member based organizations.  GRMA Re, led by Pamela Saunders, David Babino and Jami Glicos will provide differentiated consulting services and creative risk solutions to U.S. group insurance carriers. 

ISI, a technology driven nationally licensed TPA, has gained the reputation as an accomplished administrator delivering quality performance on service to insurers and financial institutions across the U.S.  In partnership with GRMA Re, ISI’s President Paul Clampitt, has committed ISI technology and licensing resources to work with GRMA Re to build knowledge based platforms and secure national TPA licensing for the new organization. 

GRMA Re has been organized to focus on service to group insurer’s Life, AD&D, Short & Long Term Disability and Critical Illness programs in traditional, voluntary and special risk markets.  The officers of GRMA Re have considerable experience in building and managing innovative programs and reinsurance risk solutions for group insurers.  In collaboration with ISI, the companies offer carriers a broad service solution supporting small employer, association, individual member organizations as well as voluntary and traditional mid to large employer markets.
