Meet the ISI Management Team:
Paul Clampitt, President
With 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Paul is a seasoned executive in sales management with a diverse skill set ranging from company start-ups with accelerated growth to successful turn-arounds. He has extensive experience in complex contract negotiations, licensing, corporate acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives. Before founding ISI, Paul spent five years as President and CEO of Financial Fitness, Inc., a brokerage firm serving credit unions within the Texas Credit Union league. At Financial Fitness, Paul led the company's rapid expansion by constantly finding new revenue streams while building and maintaining a nationwide network of business relationships and alliances. Prior to that, he honed his management and sales skills as Vice President at Allied Solutions, one of the largest providers of insurance, lending, and marketing products to financial institutions. At Allied, both he, individually, as well as with a sales force team that he built and managed were recognized as top producers for the company. Paul received his education in business and marketing at the University of Texas at Austin. He also attended Southwest CUNA Management School at the University of Houston and the Certified Credit Union Executive Program.
William Ferguson, Vice President
William joined ISI after 12 years as a consultant in the full life-cycle implementation of production systems including strategic planning, project management, business analysis, coding, performance testing, process re-engineering, and technical architecture. His experience has been instrumental in the successful implementation of projects of up to $120M in size. While consulting, he had engagements with several state governments as well as with a number of well-known companies including The Mayo Clinic and Siemens Business Services. Preceding his IT experience, William gained significant accounting expertise and he has combined both to create some of the most unique and cutting edge technology in our business today. He has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington where he also did his graduate work in Information Technology Systems. At ISI William manages operations as well as the development and maintenance of ISI’s information technology systems and consults on key business decisions for the company.
Chris Mares, Controller/HR Director
Chris joined ISI in April 2007 bringing a diverse background in accounting with him. Before joining ISI, Chris spent two years in Internal Audit as the Sarbanes Oxley Compliance Manager for Torchmark Corporation where he was responsible for performing compliance audits to ensure the company met all SOX requirements. Prior to Torchmark Chris worked at Spherion where he was the Accounting Manager for the Cisco Systems account. His responsibilities for the Cisco account included preparation of public financial information, overseeing the financial staff, and coordinating the forecast and budgeting processes. Chris has additional experience in cash management, system conversions, and extensive banking operations background. Chris holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Grand Canyon University and a Masters degree in Accounting from University of Phoenix. Chris is currently pursuing his CPA certification.
Bucki Rogers, Marketing Director
Bucki joined ISI with over 17 years of advertising, marketing, graphic design, and public relations experience. With a B.A. in Communications from Texas Tech, Bucki worked as an art director for Levenson Hill Advertising for three years until going in-house at Qualex Inc., a division of Eastman Kodak as a creative group head. There she executed marketing campaigns for Qualex sponsorships, with events such as Texas State Fair, Seattle Seafair, Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, 1992 America’s Cup and Indy Race Series, while maintaining a multi-million dollar marketing budget for corporate advertising nationally and internationally. Bucki returned to the agency side in 1994 where she handled marketing and advertising for Texans Credit Union, Georgia Federal Credit Union, OmniAmerican Federal Credit Union, NASA Federal Credit Union, and ALCON Surgical Labs. She continued in advertising, working for The Beaird Agency as Creative Director, until branching out on her own to create a marketing agency for non-profit organizations. In late 2005, Bucki went in-house with Dallas Cup, Inc. a non-profit international youth soccer tournament and education program, in which she handled marketing, advertising, graphic design, public relations, corporate sponsorship relations, and event planning.
Angie Windham, Operations Director
Angie designs, builds, and implements custom software solutions that provide an automated resolution to business processes. In her three years at PAS, she generated billings in the Accounting Department. Angie has extensive experience with payment commissions and reimbursements, billing reconciliation, customer payments, refund processing, data changes/cancellations, enrollment and IBA account set-up. Angie also oversees the ISI Customer Support staff maintaining consistent training on standard corporate customer service, knowledge of ISI products and their benefits, and ISI systems technology.
